Data protection policy

In conducting our business, we will be called upon to process some of your data. Some of this data may allow you to be identified (“personal data”). This data protection policy will inform you of how we collect and process your personal data. We invite you to read it closely.

For what purposes do we use your data?

We only use your personal data when there is a legitimate reason for doing so.
Our legitimate reasons for using your data are as follows:

  • To allow you to contact us
  • To analyse the audience of our website to improve your experience

In all cases, your individual rights will always take precedence over our legitimate reasons, and we will never use your data for commercial reasons against your will. We will always ask for your consent to use your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

How do we collect your data, and which data do we collect?

  • When you complete a contact form: marital status, first name, surname, email address, and phone number.
  • By sending cookies to your browser: IP address, operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.), the browser you use (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.), the date and time of your visit, the address of the web page you arrived from, and the content viewed on our website.

Who has access to the data we collect?

The data that we collect indirectly through cookies are shared with Google Analytics.

Where is your data physically stored (storage location)?

The data that we collect are stored in France on servers belonging to OVH. The anonymised data collected via cookies and shared with Google Analytics are stored on Google’s servers.

How are your data protected?

All exchanges with our website are encrypted by an SSL Let’s Encrypt certificate. Members of staff at our company who are authorised to view your data do so via a secure connection that requires a username and password.

What are your rights?

You can withdraw your consent for one of our services at any time. You can also ask that all of your personal data be permanently deleted from our systems. Your request should be addressed to the data processing manager.
